A FRUIT TREE IN EVERY GARDEN is back! Orders are now open on PeCAN’s website until 31st December. https://petersfieldcan.org/projects/nature-recovery/trees
Tree collection from ACAN volunteers will be on the morning of Saturday 17th January at Edgar Hall, Anstey Park, in partnership with Alton Men’s Shed (we couldn’t do it without them!).
Types of trees on offer this year include cooking and dessert apple, pear, plum, damson, greengage, cherry, and cobnut. There is a limited stock of each variety – so get in quick to secure your top choice! Each two-year-old, bare-root, UK-grown fruit tree comes with a tie, stake, and instructions on how to plant. These usually cost £30 – £60, but PeCAN are able to offer them at a subsidised price of £21.50.

A fruit tree makes a thoughtful Christmas gift too. Get in touch at hello@petersfieldcan.org if you would like a gift certificate,
Trees provide nesting places and materials, food sources, and cover for wildlife. They also help with water retention, shading, and carbon sequestration.
