AVLAN Riverfly kick-sampling for invertebrates – Flood Meadows
Join an enthusiastic group of AVLAN volunteers at 10.00 am on Saturday 4th April for about an hour. We will be kick-sampling for invertebrates, such as cased caddis, freshwater shrimp and mayfly larvae, which are all indicators of water quality.
It’s interesting and fun!
We usually kicksample in Flood Meadows (near the bridge down the path from the entrance on the Basingstoke Road). See you there!
