Eco-Streets SDNP Gateway Project – launch walk in Chawton
We’re launching a new ACAN Eco-Streets project, designed to better connect residents of Alton with the South Downs National Park (SDNP)!
Thanks to a grant by the SDNP and East Hampshire District councillors Ginny Boxall and Barbara Tansey, we will be able to offer 10 guided walks and 4 creative workshops which will all offer different insights and connection points to the National Park.
Join us on Sunday, April 6th for the first guided walk, observing the signs of spring. We will walk that same route again in summer, autumn and winter and observe changes.
The meeting point is Chawton Car Park, at 12 noon. There is some free parking but it does get very busy, so we would suggest you walk or cycle if possible.
