Alton Climate Action Network
The group seeks to influence individuals, policy-makers, authorities and organisations with key roles in taking action on the climate emergency, including our MP, and all three tiers of local government (Alton Town Council, East Hampshire District Council and Hampshire County Council).
Through meetings, emails, letters, communications both private and public, and by helping those who wish to participate in demonstrations, it aims to establish relationships of mutual respect and press effectively towards radical responses to the climate emergency.
